How to get here ?

The congress will take place at the Centre de Colloques of the Campus Condorcet, in the north of Paris.

- By metro, ligne 12 - Stop Front Populaire

Where to stay?

Have a look to Booking.com or AirBnB for cheaper accomodation...

Be careful as traveling time could be quite long in Paris. Better choose a place close to the Centre de Colloque or directly accessible in bus or max. 1 connection via Metrolines!

 

Oral and poster guidelines

 

Be aware that guideines may be different if you attend Q12 or the JJG. Please, read them carefully. They are designed to smooth the run of the congress and avoid any bad surprise on D-Day!

Q12 ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

 

Oral presentations are 15 min in total. Please allow time for Q&A (10 + 5 min). English and French are accepted.

15 min + 5min for Q&A.

 

 

 

ALL ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

 

Please, have a pdf version of your presentation to avoid bad surprises ! Avoid animations, movies or any embedded files.

 

Presentations must be loaded from a USB device on the conference laptop at the start of the morning or afternoon of your communication (at the start of the day or at lunch time before 14.00). Connecting your own laptop to the projection device will not be possible.

 

 

 

Q12 POSTERS

 

Posters are displayed on the day of the related session in Room 100, ground floor (on the right of the welcome desk). Please, come and hang them in the morning, during the first coffee break at last. Organisation members will be here for help.

 

Do not forget your poster at the end of the day ! Abandoned posters will be kept at the welcome desk till Q12 closure (i.e. Wednesday, 3rd, 6p.m.) then unfortunately destroyed.  

 

 

 

JJG POSTERS

 

Posters could be displayed from Thursday 6th at lunch time to the end of the JJG on Friday evening.

 

 

 

ALL POSTERS

 

For technical reasons each poster must be PORTRAIT format and cannot be bigger the A0. The organisation will provide clips to hang them. Please, leave them on place when removing your poster at the end of the day ;)
