PRESENTATION

The 12th International conference on Quaternary is organising in Paris-Aubervilliers, from 3rd to 5th February 2020.

This meeting brings together the community of the Quaternary scientists working on interactions between climates, environments, biological communities and humans. Archaeologists, botanists, climatologists, geographers, geologists, geophisicans, paleontologists, palynologists, pedologists and zoologists will take part to this meeting.

For this edition, the AFEQ-CNF INQUA is associated with the French Group of Geomorphology (GFG). The week will continue with the Young Geomorphologists Days (JJG) from 6th to 7th February 2020. These 2 days are adressed to the young PhD students and young PhDs (less than 2 years) in geomorphology, landscape geosciences and associated risks.

Attendees to Q12 meeting are highly encouraged to attend these Young Geomorphologists Days and will benefit from a preferential registration fee ('Pack Q12 + JJG').

The Q12-JJG meeting is organising by the Laboratory of Physical Geography (LGP CNRS UMR 8591), the University Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University Paris-Est Créteil.
